is a full service casting company for commercials, television,
web-based, and new media content. Our commercial portfolio
includes subtle comedy, improv, heavy dialogue, beauty, children,
and real people. We have had the pleasure to cast iconic campaigns
like Miller Lite’s “Catfight,” the Oscar
Mayer Wiener Search, the Fanta Girls, and Bud Light’s
viral “Magazine Buyer,” which was nominated for
a 2009 Emmy. With more than 2,000 spots to our credit,
is devoted to finding the best talent for every job.
At the onset of the reality TV boom, we cast such hit shows
as The Mole for ABC Television, The Joe Schmo
Show for Spike TV, and Queer Eye for the Straight
Girl for Bravo. Our background in casting both actors
and real people proved a perfect fit for casting in the reality
TV format.
During past work on improvisation-based productions for network
television, such as the half-hour series Sons & Daughters
for ABC, we built close ties to the improv/comedy scene in
Los Angeles. Mining the best comedic talent from groups such
as The Groundlings, The Second City, ACME Comedy Theatre,
Improv Olympic, Upright Citizens Brigade, and Mission IMPROVable’s
Westside Comedy Theater, we continue to maintain these connections
to discover fresh, new comedic talent for projects in all
media platforms.
Arlene Schuster-Goss, Founder, Casting Director, CCDA
After graduating from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts
with a degree in Film, Arlene learned the intricacies of talent
logistics and acquisitions while working as a talent coordinator
on rock documentaries in New York. She went on to build experience

In the early part of her career, as the in-house Casting Director
